Simple, practical strategies built on your child’s unique strengths for real, lasting progress without unnecessary complexity.

Meet Camille…

Restoring & Maintaining Hope for Your Child’s Future

Hi, I’m Camille R W Silva, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA — a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with nearly 15 years of experience supporting families raising children with autism, ADHD, and related challenges.

After spending years in both clinical and leadership roles in ABA agencies, I founded Innovative Behavior Consulting because I saw too many families struggling with rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches that didn’t truly fit their real life. I wanted to create something different: a boutique, family-centered practice where support is personalized, practical, and built around your child’s unique way of being in the world.

My Approach

I believe every child has natural preferences for energy, decision-making, and processing information. Instead of trying to change your child to fit a program, I help you understand and work with their natural patterns to create strategies that actually work in your daily life — whether you have one home or two.

My support is:

  • Delivered with a small, intentional caseload
  • Family-centered, not just child-centered
  • Practical and flexible for real families
  • Private-pay so we can move at your pace without insurance limitations

My Background

  • B.A. in Psychology
  • M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oregon
  • Nearly 15 years of experience across interventionist, training coordinator, clinical supervisor, and regional director roles
  • Mom to a wonderful 4-year-old, which gives me deep empathy for the daily realities of parenting

I live in Lake Oswego with my family and am passionate about serving families in our local community with in-home support, while also offering virtual options.

My Promise

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, feeling overwhelmed by daily routines, or navigating co-parenting across two households — my goal is simple: to help you feel hopeful again while giving you tools that last a lifetime, not just during our time together.

“You gave me hope again.”

Key Differences

  • 6-Month Packages (A & B) Best for families wanting deeper, longer-term support. Includes care coordination (school, daycare, doctor meetings, etc.), more comprehensive planning, and sustained progress tracking.

  • 3-Month Packages (C & D) Great for focused, shorter-term goals (e.g., summer support, kindergarten prep, or specific skill areas). These are more streamlined and do not include care coordination meetings.

All services are hybrid (primarily in-home within a 30-minute radius of Lake Oswego, with virtual check-ins) — intentionally low-volume to fit your family’s rhythm while delivering meaningful, lasting change.
